Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Wigs, costumes and accessory items can be returned for store credit only if the item is in pristine condition - has no noticeable wear and is complete in original packaging.

Cosmetics / makeup, contact lenses, earrings, makeup brushes and hosiery are excluded from the returns policy due to the nature of these items. For hygiene reasons, all sales on cosmetics, makeup, contact lenses, earrings, makeup brushes and hosiery are final. If you are unsure about a colour choice or need advice, please call our showroom before purchasing these items.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchasing.

HOW do customers return items?
Items must be returned with the original packaging (i.e.: padding), packing slip / copy of any documentation to assist our staff in processing the store credit. 

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer pays for return shipping. If exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and is recommended to include a postage paid bag / envelope. If the customer exchanges an item without supplying a postage paid bag / envelope, the customer may be charged any additional shipping costs.

CREDIT for returns?
Refunds are given as a store credit that can be used to purchase another item across any of our departments including; - Girlee Cosmetics, Big Wig, Big Party Oz. 

Instore return option?
Customers can return items via post or instore during business hours;

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 3pm, Sunday - Closed.

Packing materials?
Items must be sent with original packaging (including any padding that was used).
